Along with your obligations below Segment 6 from the Transaction Conditions & Situations, you also agree to indemnify, defend and maintain harmless us, our Affiliate marketers and their and our respective officers, administrators, workers, Reps and agents versus any Declare that arises away from or relates to: (a) the Models (whether title has tr
